Terms & Conditions:
To secure your booking, we ask for a 25% deposit. If you need to cancel 90 days or more before the retreat, we’ll refund 75% of your deposit. Cancellations within 60 days mean the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of the retreat, we’ll refund 50% of your full payment (excluding deposit). Unfortunately, if you cancel less than 30 days before the retreat, we’re unable to offer a refund.

In the unlikely event that we ever need to cancel or move the retreat, you’ll have the choice of a full refund of everything you’ve paid or a transfer to a future date at no extra cost. While we’ll always do our best to help, we can’t cover any additional costs such as travel or accommodation outside the retreat package.

We also strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to give you peace of mind, just in case life throws a curveball and you can’t attend.
